November 15, 2018 — Iron Maiden brings their Legacy of a Beast Tour to Connecticut for one night on Saturday August 3, 2019 at the Xfinity Theatre in Hartford, CT. Special guest The Raven Age are scheduled to open the show. Tickets are now on sale and start at $29.50. This is an all ages rain or shine event.

The show starts at 7:30pm. Tickets for Iron Maiden with special guest The Raven Age at Xfinity Theatre in Hartford, CT on Saturday August 3, 2019 are $29.50 - $39.50 - $69.50 - $99.50 - $125. Tickets are now on sale to the general public and can be purchased at the LIVENATION.COM website and in person at the Xfinity Theatre Box Office. This is an all ages rain or shine event. SMOKING POLICY:
No smoking is allowed inside the lobby or reserved seating areas. Smoking is allowed on the lawn but be courteous to non-smokers. If guests around you complain about your smoking you will be asked to smoke in the plaza area.
BOX OFFICE INFORMATION:
Box Office is located at the main entrance to the facility and is open on event days only. For evening performances the box office opens at 2pm. For all day/festival events the box office opens at 10 am. The box office remains open on event evenings until 1 hour after published start time for the event. CANCELATION POLICY:
Cancelations will only occur in the envent of severe weather, or an act of God. In the event of cancelation local media will be notified
and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at point of purchase.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS:
Report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event - guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee.
Will Call: is distributed from designated windows at the Box Office which is at the main entrance to the facility. Patrons will be asked to present their picture ID and the credit card used to make the purchase. Patrons are not permitted to leave tickets at Will Call for another party – please plan accordingly.
NOTE: Re-entry is not permitted at Xfinity Theatre. Please ensure you bring everything you need for the show. If you leave at any point in the show you will NOT be allowed back in without a new ticket.
VENUE RESTROOMS:
Restrooms are
located throughout the venue. Indoor restrooms are located inside the main lobby as well as west side of the main plaza. There are portable toilets located within the venue at the upper plaza acroos from main lawn stairs, center to the top of the lawn and bottom of the lawn house right/800 section. Many of these portable toilets are designated for female guests.

1 factory sealed bottle of water up to 1 liter (non-frozen) per guest
Cellphones are allowed on a per show basis
Compact umbrellas (with no pointed metal ends)
Empty non-glass water bottle
Food (must fit in one gallon clear zip-loc style bag)
Lawn/beach chairs (No higher than 9 inches off the ground)
Non-professional cameras (pocket sized, point & shoot. No removable lenses).
Small backpacks and purses will be searched

HEARING ASSISTANCE/INTERPRETER REQUESTS:
Guests that require assisted listening devices or require an interpreter can call (860) 548-7370. Please allow at least 2 weeks notice to secure your request.
On show day contact guest services in the administrative office and they will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening. There is no charge for interpreter services.
SECURITY PROCEDURES:
When entering the through the gates plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched by metal detectors inform a security suspervisor at the enterence and he/she will help you visit the first aid station (located to the right of the main gate) and they will assist in finding an alternative to using metal detectors.
LAWN SEATING:
Is always first come, first serve. While lawn tickets may have a seat number that is only for tracking purposes.
Strollers are NOT allowed as there is nowhere for them to be stored. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers to be used on the lawn.
LAWN CHAIR RENTAL:
Lawn chairs are available for rental at the venue for a $10 per chair charge. They must be returned at the end of the show to the pick-up location. Guests may bring their own lawn chairs but they can be no higher than nine inches off the ground. No bag chairs, camping chairs or folding chairs are permitted.

From points East – Boston:
Take I-84 West to Exit 50 (Main Street) At end of the ramp take a right onto Market Street. Theater is located one mile up on the left. Follow signs for free Xfinity Theatre parking.
From points South – Stamford/NY:
Take I-95 North to New Haven. At Exit 48 merge onto I-91 North. Follow to Exit 32B (Trumbull Street) At end of ramp take right onto Market Street. Theater is located one mile up on the left. Follow signs for free XFINITY Theatre parking -or –
Take the Merritt Parkway North until it ends in Meriden, CT. Merge on to I-91 North. Take Exit 32B (Trumbull Street). At end of ramp take right onto Market Street. Theater is located one mile up on the left. Follow signs for free Xfinity Theatre parking.
From points North – Springfield, MA:
Take I-91 South to Exit 33 (Jennings Road) At the end of the ramp take a right. At first light take a left onto Weston Street. Theater is located 1 mile up on the right. Follow signs for free Xfinity Theatre parking .
From points West - Danbury
Take I-84 East to Exit 50 (Main Street) At end of ramp take a left onto Windsor Street and an immediate right onto Pleasant Street. At the next light, take a left onto Market Street. Theater is located one mile up on the left. Follow signs for free Xfinity Theatre parking.
VENUE PARKING:
Xfinity Theatre has ample free parking. Premier parking can be purchased on a per show basis. Charges to park in this lot vary by show.
Traffic is always heavy on show days. Expect delays. Arrive early to avoid backup. Click HERE to check Hartford traffic. Limited Motorcycle parking is available and located to the left of the main gates. Motorcycle parking is $10. Xfinity Theatre has no bicycle parking available. The venue is not responsible for any lost or stolen bicycles.
GATES TIMES:
Parking lots normally open 3 hours prior to scheduled gate time. While gate opening times vary
per show usually they open and hour and a half prior to show time.
TAILGATING: Responsible tailgating is allowed until gates open.
